You were on vacation at the time, but you called & began working for us while still on vacation. You sent links to properties we might want to consider, & on your return, we came to St Petersburg to view them with you. As we visited units, you listened to our feedback and adjusted our schedule as our criteria evolved. Our trip was very successful. On the street afterward, we talked about the day. But there was no pressure. You answered questions & provided information, but by now you were much more our friend than a salesperson. About 20 minutes into our trip out of town, we knew we had seen the unit we wanted to be our next home. It was well after closing time when we called, but of course, you answered. You helped us formulate our offer as we drove; and a couple of hours later that evening, you called to say that our offer had been accepted! But that’s just where your service began. Whenever it was difficult for us to come to St Pete to handle something, you seamlessly stepped in & did it for us. When we wanted to have some work done before we moved, you recommended a contractor and even volunteered to hold the key and provide him controlled access to our unit. You were here so much before we moved that our building manager thought you were our part of our family!

We had a great experience working with Diana. She was very patient as our specifications and priorities changed often based on what we were seeing in the market. Diana was knowledgeable about the real estate in St. Pete and was always easy to reach and very responsive. In addition, she went above and
beyond to help with the paperwork making the due diligence and closing process as easy as possible.
